Coachella Recap

Round 6…did I survive?!

Yes, this was my 6th Coachella, but it might have been my top 3 favorite Coachellas ever! I did go VIP this year, which hands down I can never go back to General Admission lol. No offense, but having the extra shaded areas, more bathrooms (some even in A/C), extra food and drink options, made it 1000x better. My parents even made an appearance because they’re big Green Day and Lady Gaga fans!

Since I wasn’t drinking, I was also able to drive us to and from the festival. No more long bus lines for me! My favorite headliner was Lady Gaga. She turned the main stage into an opera house and the entire production was 10000/10.

A random but wonderful surprise appearance was Afrojack at the Heineken House (or tent/hut?). I don’t even think I’ve ever visited that stage until this year, but wow did I go back to 2011 for a solid 60 minutes. It was a millennial’s dream to hear so many hits we would listen to in college at pregames and frat parties LOL!!

Frank had the best time and wants to bring his mother and uncle next year! If you’re interested in dancing in the desert, you can buy tickets today and even do their payment plan. Check out their website HERE.
